Refund policy

1. Conditions for refund

• The refund request must be submitted within the first 14 days after purchasing Fancy Animations.

2. Refund process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed by our payment gateway, Lemon Squeezy. Please note that the payment gateway will handle the refund process, and the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary. This can take up to 10 business days.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 14-day period, please send an email to john@fancybricks.co with the following information:

• Your name and contact details.
• The order number of the purchase you wish to refund.
• The reason for your refund request. If you'd like, you can provide additional comments to help us improve our products and services.
• Once the refund process with Lemon Squeezy is completed, we will respond to your email with the details.

If you request a refund you will have to assume the platform's commission (5% + $0.5) and the half penalty I am charged for the refund (About $7).

4. Exceptions

This 14-day return policy does not apply to products purchased outside the 14-day period from the date of purchase.
