Questions

Questions before you pay

Can’t find yours?

Write to me before you buy. I answer Monday to Friday, within 12 to 48 hours.

Email John
  • What counts as a site?

Each WordPress address where you activate the license. Local and staging copies don’t use one: sites on .local, .test or localhost, and any WordPress set to local or staging. A subdomain like staging.yoursite.com counts unless its WordPress is set to staging. You can free a site any time with Remove license in the plugin settings.

  • Are the templates for Etch or the block editor too?

Not yet. The templates are built for Bricks; Etch versions are planned. The animations themselves work in Bricks, Etch and the block editor.

  • I bought version 2. Do I pay again?

No. Every license is lifetime, and every update is included, version 2 licenses too.

  • I bought a 100 or 500 site plan. What now?

Nothing to do. Those plans went up to 400 and 999 sites.

  • Is it hard to use?

Not anymore. You choose the animation in the panel, the same way you set a margin.

  • Does it slow my site down?

Entrance and scroll animations load 10.0 KB of JavaScript between them, gzipped, and the motion runs in CSS. There’s no GSAP.

  • Do I need Bricks?

No. It also works in Etch, for EtchWP, and in the block editor.

  • Are there AI credits?

No. From version 3.2 your own AI assistant sets the animations, with your own subscription.

  • How does the refund work?

Ask within 14 days of buying, from a support ticket in your account, and you get your money back. The details are in the refund policy.
